The Successful Agile Leader Forum offers three different channels. You can focus on concerns that are specific to your role, or you can choose to broaden your horizon and understand Agile Leadership from other points of view.

For those individuals who are early in their leadership journey and those who aspire to become leaders. The Emerging Leaders Channel provides the opportunity to understand the foundational skills, attributes, mindset, and responsibilities needed when transitioning from an individual contributor to a leader upon which they can build an effective and successful leadership career.

Channel: Agile for Leaders

For leaders working with teams who want to understand how Agile changes leadership practices, behaviors, and responsibilities, the Agile for Leaders Channel provides the opportunity to understand the shift to Agile and how their role changes so they can lead effectively in an Agile environment.

Channel: Agile for Practitioners

For Agile professionals who want a deeper understanding of Agile techniques, the Agile for Practitioners Channel provides the opportunity to increase their Agile skills and learn how to avoid common Agile pitfalls so they can improve their mastery of Agile.

Forum Format:

The Successful Agile Leader Forum will host virtual sessions where various topics will be presented with the content targeted to the audiences in the channel descriptions. People can join any session they desire based on their interests. Regular attendance is not required.
