Combined, they have over 60 years of experience working with leaders, from the C-Suite to emerging leaders, at a variety of Fortune 500 companies and governmental agencies that include: aerospace, automotive, banking & financial services, health-care, human resources, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, software, and Department of Defense.

Bill holds a B.S. in Information Technology from the University of Scranton and an M.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Bob has a B.S in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, is a Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and a Certified Scrum Master, and has deep experience in Software and Systems Engineering. In addition, Bob served as a Communication and Leadership Assistant Instructor in the Dale Carnegie system. He has written numerous communication, technology, and leadership articles, and is co-author of three books: Object-Oriented Analysis and Design with Applications (Third Edition), UML for Database Design, and UML for Mere Mortals (acknowledged as one of the “Best Books of the Year” by the Journal of Object Technology).
