What is DISC?

DISC (Dominant, Inspiring, Supportive, Competent) is the leading personal assessment tool used by over 1 million people every year to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication.

The DISC profile is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. Team members who participate in a DISC assessment will be asked to complete a brief online questionnaire that produces a detailed report regarding their personality and behavior in the workplace.

The DISC model provides a common language that team members can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others – within a work team, a leadership position, or other work relationships.
